The Wahilani's(except Kawika),the surfin' Galarzas(Kaleo and Pono),and I journeyed to Makaha on New Years Day.Surf was in the 3to6ft range and slowly dropping throughout the day.Crowded conditions.Light, variables to non-existent winds. And a full, raging afternoon sun kept everyone in or near the water.Great way to start off the New Year!

A short folder of surf shots at Yokohama Bay the day after Christmas .Waves were rolling in with 4 to 6ft sets.It was a beautiful, cloudless day with light, variable winds.Kaena Point was spouting 10 to 15ft power sets from the northwest pushing up select coastal breaks with above average swells.
