These Makapu`u morning photos were taken under a bright,blazing sun with light and variable winds.The consistent 2 to 4ft. surf swell provided challenging conditions for the new as well as the experienced riders.It was a good day. The Makapu'u Lookout project is complete.And the finished product is looking good.Should the new and improved parking lots and accompaning landscaping hold up to the harsh East O`ahu weather conditions, visitors as well as locals truly have a (multi-$5)million dollar veiw.
